David Beckham and adidas unveil new Predator collection
David Beckham and adidas unveil new Predator collection. England and Manchester United legend David Beckham has joined forces with adidas to unveil a limited edition Predator collection, to celebrate the iconic shoe’s 30-year anniversary.
Collaborating with the Inter Miami co-owner, the adidas’ latest drop features the Predator 24, a boot that welcomes a two-tone colourway on a white canvas. The unique boots also feature adidas’ brand recognisable trefoil for the first time ever, breaking new ground and reaching new inventive heights.
The Predator 24 themselves carry an old-school outer tongue alongside a bold, monochrome design. The usual tongue has been replaced with all-Fusionskin leather, complete with an adidas x David Beckham sign-off on its reverse.
Football stars such as Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alessia Russo will don the boots in upcoming clashes, with the Liverpool star set to wear his in a future Champions League fixture.
The new collaboration also includes a full lifestyle collection inspired by 1970s style silhouettes. The perfect off-the-pitch collection features a track top with a ribbed stand-up collar, flared track pants, a slim-fit jersey with an overlapping crew neck and classic pinstripe shorts to transport you back to some of football’s greatest moments.
The signature drop and the Predator 24 will be available from 7 November.
Honouring the stunning new collection, Beckham said:
“I’ve loved designing this special Predator boot and collection with adidas. It’s great to finally share what we’ve been working on with fans of the adidas Predator and Originals.
“For the first time ever, this Predator features the iconic trefoil – I asked the question and they said yes… and I’m so proud of how the collection has turned out. It’s fantastic to celebrate 30 years of the Predator and with that, look back at many amazing on-pitch moments for myself and so many others.”
